What You’ll Do:

• Figure out your workflow with the Foreman
• Knock out work that we have parts for
• View tickets in perform diag, story findings, & give to Service Advisors
• Work with service advisors to ensure accurate estimates and quality repairs
• Maintain detailed repair documentation & follow-up with Service Advisors
• Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional customer service

What We’re Looking For:

Must Have:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Own Tools & Toolbox
• The ability to read, comment on, and build repair orders
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Professional attitude and communication skills

Preferred:

• Minimum 2+ years automotive repair experience
• European vehicle experience (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW, etc.)
• Experience with diagnostic software and equipment
